Augusta jumped out to a quick 2-0 first inning lead, extending it to 3-0 before the Knights made their comeback. Trinity got two back in the bottom of the third, but still trailed 3-2 until Colin Pall played the part of hero in the sixth inning. Pall hit a liner to right, the ball dropping on an error that scored a pair of runs to give Trinity a 4-3 lead that they wouldn't relinquish.

The Knights will go back to the 4A tourney as the 2 seed, set to take on 7th seeded Mulvane in their opening game next Thursday.
