Scott City's Ron Baker goes viral using saliva to put contact lens back in

If you wear contacts, there's a good chance you've been there before. It falls out of your eye and you're stuck in that awkward spot where you don't know what to do. Therefore, saliva.

That's the spot Scott City native and former Wichita State Shocker Ron Baker fell in Monday night's preseason game with the Wizards.

Twitter, while somewhat understanding, had fun with the viral clip.

Former teammate at WSU Fred VanVleet got in on the fun too.

Baker said it best, gotta do what you gotta do!

And don't worry, he's got fresh lenses ready to go.

The Knicks, by the way, went on to win the game 124-121 in overtime. Baker drained two free throws in the OT period after the contact lens snafu, so turning to his own spit paid off in the end.
