With less than twenty minutes to play, Jayden Vossen broke a 2-2 tie, later adding a brace as Andover Central defeated McPherson 4-2 Thursday night.
Layton Harper got the scoring started quickly for the Jaguars, needing less than a minute to make it a 1-0 match. But the Bullpups quickly leveled it, with Drew Schrader netting the first goal scored against Andover Central this season.
Schrader later added a second goal to give the Bullpups a 2-1 lead before half, but Harper added his second to make it a 2-2 game before Vossen put it away.
The win puts Central at 7-0 on the season, while McPherson drops to 7-2.
