After dropping the first set to Andover Tuesday, Goddard responded to take the next two to make it 15 straight wins for the Lions volleyball team.
Andover jumped out to a big 13-3 lead in the first set before Goddard clawed their way back, but it wasn't enough as the Trojans still took a 10 point win, 25-15.
The second set started out heavily in the favor of the Lions, with Goddard jumping out to an 8-2 lead and never looking back, evening the match with a 25-18 second set victory.
The third and decisive set was the most competitive of the night, staying close throughout but Goddard keeping the lead, that was until Andover pulled ahead 16-15. Goddard responded by scoring the next three points to go back up two, and the match remained tight before Goddard was able to secure the win on their second match-point, 25-13 to get the win.
The Lions made it 16 in a row later in the night with another three set win, this time over rival Eisenhower as they moved to 16-2 on the year. Andover earned a split on the day, also defeating Eisenhower in the tri, sitting them at 15-4 on the season.
