McPherson girls roll past Andover, 62-20

MCPHERSON, Kan. McPherson, coming off a 4th place finish a year ago, took care of business Friday night at home, knocking off Andover 62-20.

Four different Bullpups scored in double figures, led by Kassidy Beam. Beam had 17 points to go along with two steals. Grace Pyle chipped in a double-double, scoring 13 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. She also had three blocks and two steals in a dominating performance on both ends.

Both halves were a mirror image, with McPherson winning each half 26-10. McPherson shot 51% from the field in the game, and held Andover to just 15% shooting overall.
