Clearwater pulls off overtime win against Sedgwick

SEDGWICK, Kan.--- In the Steve Shepherd Girl's Tournament hosted at the Cardinal's home, third seed Clearwater faced sixth seed Sedgwick.

First quarter, Parker Stevens lobs it over to Carli Carlson. She pulls up for the long shot and drains it. The Indians take the lead 7-6.

Carlson's shot bounces off the rim but Brooke Berlin is there for the rebound. She grabs it and throws it back up to extend the lead 9-6.

The Cardinals still in this though, Patsy Zerger in trouble, passes over to Camryn McGinn. She sees Alexa Scarlett open at the top of the key and passes it over. Dribbling in, Scarlett shoots and brings the score within one.

Clearwater would pull out the 54-52 win in overtime.
The Lady Indians will play second seed Inman on Friday, Jan. 31st at 7:30 p.m.
