Still trying to lock up the number one seed in the 5A playoffs, Bishop Carroll needed a win over Wichita East Friday night to stay unbeaten. The Eagles got it, knocking off the Blue Aces 64-49.

East jumped out to a fast start, and led the game 11-8 after the 1st quarter. But Carroll dominated the 2nd quarter 17-5 and never looked back.

Enrique Lankford led all scorers with 22 points. Carter Reid and Alex Littlejohn also scored in double figures for Bishop Carroll with 15 and 14 points respectively.

Bishop Carroll keeps pace with Andover, who also won Friday, as the lone remaining unbeaten teams in 5A.
