Looking at the second quarter, Autumn Trail kicked it back out to Kendall Forbes who knocked down the three to put Carroll up 21-10.
Then stand-out Kapaun post, Ella Anciaux had the ball inside, she spun and tossed it up and in. Crusaders trailed by nine.
Sophia Gimino lobed it to Jennifer Jacobs under the net, she laid it in no problem and Kapaun narrowed the lead 26-20.

Still chipping away at the deficit, Kelsey Bruening launched up the triple and the Golden Eagles extend their lead 33-28.
Forbes saw an opening and took it in herself, driving the lane with contact and found the bottom of the net. Carroll with the edge, 36-38.

Sealing the deal Anna Wineland bounced it around to Hannah Landwehr, putting on the spin move and caught all net.
