Andale/Garden Plain stays perfect with sweep of Circle

Behind a 5-hit shutout from Rachel Choate and a 5-RBI day from Macie Eck, Andale/Garden Plain had no problems dispatching of Circle in a 17-0 win over Circle Monday.
After a two run first courtesy of a home run from the Notre Dame signee Eck, the Indians scored five runs in the second, third, and fourth innings to secure the run-rule victory, their eleventh of the season.
Choate got things started in the third with a sac-fly to make it 3-0, then after scoring another on a passed bacll, Kyla Eck followed that with an RBI single to get it to 5-0. Macie Eck made it a two-hit night two batters later with an RBI single to get it to 6-0. She would end up just a triple shy of the cycle on her big night.
In game two, it was Ashton Winter with the big day at the plate, leading the way with 5 RBIs--three of those coming on a bases clearing triple that got Andale to 20 runs in the top of the 5th. Kyla Eck added four RBIs from the leadoff spot in the big 20-4 win that improves Andale to 12-0 on the season.
