Inman reached a new peak in the KBCA girls basketball poll, reaching the number two ranking Monday. The Teutons followed that ranking up with a home win over Berean Academy Tuesday.
Berean, who entered the game on a four game win streak of their own, was held to just four points in the third quarter as Inman extended their lead to 12 entering the final frame, the deficit staying the same when the game ended a 39-27 Tueton victory.
Sophomore Dantlie Raney lead the way for Inman with 11 of their 39 points, while senior Macy Dewitt added 8. Brooke Wiebe paced Berean with 10 of her own.
Both schools will hit the court one last time before winter break, with Berean playing at Wichita Classical and Inman hosting Burrton.
