Conway Springs rolls past Medicine Lodge to return to state title game

CONWAY SPRINGS, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - A matchup of two 9-2 teams came to fruition Friday in Class 1A West Sub-State with Conway Springs and Medicine Lodge. After narrowly defeating the Indians in week four, Friday’s matchup was a bit less stressful for the Cardinals as they rolled to a 34-19 victory to advance to the state championship game.
The Cardinals matchup will be with Jefferson County North in the 1A state championship game at 1 pm in Hays.
