Maize South set to meet Gardner-Edgerton in Lady Cat Classic finals

EL DORADO, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Maize South defeated Wichita East 68-45 to advance to Saturday’s championship of the Lady Cat Classic.
Avery Lowe led the Mavericks with 20 points and 14 rebounds, and Maize South will face Gardner-Edgerton. They overcame a 13-point deficit in the second quarter to beat Goddard.
Kapaun also beat El Dorado in consolation action.
