Derby’s Addy Brown named to McDonald’s All-American Game

DERBY, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Derby senior and Iowa State signee Addy Brown was announced as one of 24 participants in the 2023 McDonald’s All American Game Tuesday afternoon. Brown joins her sister Kennedy, now a center at Duke, as being selected for the honor.

Brown has this year helped to lead Derby to an 8-1 start while averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds per game. As a junior Brown was named AVCTl-I MVP for a second time as the Panthers finished as state runner-up in 6A.

The 6′2″ wing is listed as a 4-star recruit and currently sits as the 31st ranked player in the 2023 class according to ESPN.
