Kapaun ends Northwest’s win streak to remain undefeated

WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Friday night the Wichita Northwest Grizzlies came in red hot. After two straight losses to start the season the Grizz found a way to string together six straight wins. But standing in their way of seven straight was unbeaten Kapaun.
Kapaun proved why it was the #2 in class 5A early jumping out to a large lead and not looking back, leading the entire way. Will Thengvall, Teagan Charles, and Dominic Sibley played big roles in the win. Kapaun now moves to 8-0 with a 69-41 win. The Crusaders now have a tough task ahead of them in Wichita Heights.
