Derby girls, Maize South boys earn wins in doubleheader
Derby girls rally to down Maize South, 44-35

DERBY, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - The Derby girls, ranked No. 8 in 6A, came back from down seven late in the second quarter to earn a 45-34 victory against Maize South.
Addy Brown scored 19 points, helping Derby’s offense come to life after not scoring a bucket the first nine minutes of the game.
The Maize South boys, ranked No. 1 in 5A, upended 6A No. 6 Derby, 61-54 in the nightcap.
