GODDARD, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Salina Central went on the road and stunned the Goddard Lions in the midst of their turnaround season, earning a 47-42 victory on senior night.
The Mustangs won the coin toss and responded with a rushing touchdown.
Salina Central forced Goddard to punt on its opening drive before going on to take a 14-0 lead with another rushing score.
Both teams are 5-2 on the year.
