WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - After a less than ideal start to the game, Wichita Heights waa able to pull off the second half comeback to down Bishop Carroll 49-44. The win marks the Falcons’ first win over the Golden Eagles since 2018.

Bishop Carroll controlled much of the first half, finding open jumpers from deep and easy buckets in transition. Mikey Brand and Walt Gray each were big components in the Golden Eagle attack.

Brand finished with 18 points for the Eagles followed by Gray with 13.

Heights would rally in the third quarter to close the deficit, outscoring Bishop Carroll 13-5. The Falcons would win the second half 30-11 to close the contest and conceal the win.
