Kapaun boys impress with win over East

WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Behind a balanced attack, Kapaun Mt. Carmel knocked off East 61-50 Friday night at KMC High School. Kapaun took a 10 point lead into the break, and held strong in the 2nd half, behind 10 Grant Johnson points coming in the 2nd half.

Kapaun had four players in double digit scoring. Will Anciaux and Blake Danitschek each had 15. Johnson added 13, and Ethan Stuhlsatz had 11.

Daylan Jones scored 21 in the loss for East, with 14 coming in the 2nd half.
