WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - A very good Hesston boys team traveled to Hillsboro to hopefully come away with a 15-1 record.

Jackson Humphreys drove inside, he stretched up under the net to lay it in and that put Hesston up 14-7. Cason Richardson took it baseline and fought to the rim. Swathers led 24-8 after the first points of the second half.

Ben Bollinger fought his way down the lane and finished strong at the rim, getting the shooters roll. That turned into a 18-point lead for Hesston.

Hillsboro couldn’t buy a basket in the first half, Brekyn Ratzlaff lobbed it up from the paint and found the bottom but the Trojans still trailed 26-10.

Hillsboro making a run late in the game, Grayson Ratzlaff laid it in off the glass.

But Hesston was able to come away with the 14-point win over Hillsboro, 44-30.
