Derby boys blow McPherson away with nearly 30-point win

WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Derby boys quickly pulled away from McPherson to win by 29 points; 72-43.

DeShawne Titus from the corner, he drained the three and the Panthers went up 30-16.

McPherson’s Seth Madron under pressure and he gave it away to Jayton Alexander who fought his way in for the mid-range pull up. Bullpups trailed 30-18.

Derby answered right back. Samuel Same swung it to Trent Parke who put up another Panthers shot from downtown to make it a 14-point game.

Alexander again from the top, spun his way inside and threw up the shot. He got it to fall but the Panthers still led by 15.

Derby was just having fun with the Pups going into the break. Blake Chadwick in transition, kicked it out to Parke for another long ball and he caught all net!

With less than four minutes left in the game, Derby pulled it’s starters and ended up getting the nearly 30 point win, 72-43 over McPherson.
