WICHITA, Kan. (Catch it Kansas) - Wichita Heights has been one of the most dominant teams in GWAL play to the first half of the winter sports season. That dominance was on full display against Wichita South, seeing the Falcons walk away with a commanding 66-38 win.

The Falcons jumped out to a large margain against South and built that lead throughout the second half. Laniah Randle had the hot hand for Heights, leading the Falcons with 22 points on the night, scoring fourteen in the second half. Cherrish Gails would follow Randle with 11 while Takia Profit finish with 8.

Heights press created problems for the Titans in the second half, trapping the first pass and forcing turnovers that created Falcon points.

When the Titans did break through, they were able to find points, including a spurt of threes in the third quarter.

Raisha Banks scored a team-high 14 points, followed by Zion Butler who finished with 9.
