5th Annual Rumble in Delano Classic Car Show in Historic Delano District in Downtown Wichita, KS. (September 22, 2012) |
The 5th Annual Rumble in Delano took place along West Douglas, in the historic Delano District on Saturday, September 22.
The car show featured hot rods and classic cars, along with motorcycles. The car show only included cars that were older makes and models.

The Miss Rumble in Delano Pin-Up Contest was held during the car show at 3 PM. The contest was a 1940’s – 1950’s style pin-up contest that showcased females dressed up in Classic Betty/Vargas type clothing.
Contestants paid a $5 entry fee and were judged on a total package of outfit, hairstyle, attitude and overall vintage style. The first place winner received a prize package valued at $400.

The Rumble in Delano car show also included belly dancers, live music, burlesque dancers, and merchandise. The car show was free to enter.
