Wine enthusiasts got their chance to sample a wide variety of wines and enjoy a relaxing stroll in downtown Wichita on April 19.
The 17th Annual Midwest Winefest began its three-day wine festivities on Thursday with the Old Town Walkabout. The Walkabout began at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Farm & Art Market Plaza.
After checking in, participants received a glass of wine and a Walkabout map, and had the choice of hopping on the trolley or walking to their next destination.

Proceeds from the annual event benefit the Guadalupe Health Foundation, which provides primary medical care to individuals without medical insurance and/or ineligible for Medicare or medical cards/
