On April 21, 2012, Alfonso Riberio (also known as Carlton from the TV show “Fresh Prince of BelAir”), launched his “Do The Dance” Challenge which got thousands of dancers around the country to spontaneously break out into the “Carlton” dance at the exact same time, on the exact same day.
Carlton Banks, a.k.a. Alfonso Ribiero, leads a group of indiviuals to do the dance challenge in Hollywood, California.
The Wichita "Challenge" Dance brought over 100 people to participate in the flash mob dance at the 2012 Spring Great Plains Renaissance Festival in Sedgwick County Park.
The flash mob dance was an attempt to set a world record for the most simultaneous flash mobs taking place around the country at the exact same time.
