The Porsche 928 Owners Club International Convention 2012 is being held at Century II, Friday through Sunday. The 928 Owners Club consists of hundreds of 928 owners worldwide.
The Porsche 928’s are the only Porsche ever built from the ground up by Porsche,” says Roger Tyson, one of the organizers of the 2012 Convention. "The Porsche 928 was built from 1977 to 1995, and they’re all V8s and available in 5 speed or automatic."
"We’ve done this convention three times in Wichita,” says Tyson. “We have about 60 Porsches here this year from around the country and Canada.”
The primary purposes of the club is to support owners' in their use and maintenance of the Porsche 928 throughout the world.
