WICHITA, Kan.—
A few classes were flipped upside down in this week’s volleyball rankings, while others stayed the exact same as the previous Kansas Volleyball Association’s rankings.Wichita Northwest remained steady at No. 5 in 6A, as well as the four teams above it. Washburn Rural remains as the top-ranked team in 6A. Valley Center moved up from No. 4 to No. 3 this week and Kapaun moved from No. 5 to Valley Center’s old spot of No. 4. St. James Academy stayed at the No. 1 spot.
Hillsboro has lost just two matches on the year as it retains the top spot in 3A. The biggest movements happened in 1A Div. 1, where previous No. 4 Centralia became the top-ranked team in the class, and Olpe, the previous top team moved into the No. 4 spot.
