WICHITA, Kan.—
McPherson was the state runner-up in the 2012 state tournament, it didn't place the most players on the first team in the league. The Bullpups landed three selections on the squad, as Buhler saw four of its players make the first team.
Of the four Buhler selections, one was league Most Valuable Player Bransyn Felty. Tim Harris, Buhler's head coach, was named Co-Coach of the Year with McPherson's Chris Adrien.
Rose Hill, a consistent power in the state of Kansas, also put four selections on the first team.
