Teams like Valley Center and McPherson spent a lot of time this season scoring in the double digits. Each team did so at least seven times in fact. This years All-League Team was comprised of ten Valley Center players, half of them being on the 1st team. The Lady Hornets made it to the regional championship and kept up with their season totals as they scored twelve runs in their 13-12 loss to Hays.
McPherson holds nine positions on this years list. The Bullpups finished their season in the regional championship to the Lady Indians of Andale who went on to win the 4A state championship for the third time this year.
The Lady Tigers of Goddard-Eisenhower had the third most names on this year's list with eight. They ended their season with a fourth place finish at the state tournament after losing a close game to Topeka Seamon 5-4.
To no surprise, the coaches of the year came from Valley Center, McPherson, and Eisenhower. Of the fourty-one names on the All-League Team, these three teams represent twenty-eight positions including the award for player of the year Kayla Valentine from Eisenhower.
