The Kansas State High School Activities Association has modified the schedule for State Wrestling at all sites due to winter weather.
The schedule is listed below:
Friday, February 22
Gates open at 2:00 pm
2:00-3:30 pm: Weigh-ins
- 1 pound growth allowance
3:45 pm: Parade of Champions
4:00 pm: 1st Round Matches
2nd Round Matches, immediately following 1st round matches:
- Championship Quarterfinals – 2 mats/class
- 1st Round Consolation matches – 2 mats/class
Weigh-ins for Saturday will take place at the conclusion of the 2nd round
- 1 additional pound growth allowance
Saturday, February 23
Gates open at 7:00 am
9:00 am: Championship Semifinals – 2 mats/class
Consolation Quarterfinals – 2 mats/class
12:30 pm: Consolation Semifinals – 4 mats/class
2:30 pm: Finals (wrestled on 3 mats, simultaneously)
- Championship: 1 mat/class
- 3rd Place: 1 mat/class
- 5th Place: 1 mat/class
