There weren't many changes in the final edition of the Kansas Coaches Basketball rankings, but there were some big changes as three No. 1 teams slipped in this week's poll. The Wichita Heights boys were the biggest name to slip after regining over the No. 1 spot for much of the past four seasons. Heights goes into the Topeka Sub-State as No. 3 in Class 6A and is on a two-game losing streak with a rematch against Wichita East looming in the Sub-State final.
The Hoxie girls and Tribune boys were the other two teams to fall from No. 1 heading into the postseason.
