Wood's four-touchdown day helps Conway Springs hold off Cheney.
Wood's fourth touchdown is a 1-yard plunge to make it a two-score game in the fourth.
Wood scores again, his third on a 30-yard run, but a missed extra point keeps Cheney close early in the third.
