In the last 350-plus days there have been 100 team champions from 69 different schools in 33 different counties across 22 different sports in the one state of Kansas.
CatchItKansas.com was there for many of them. St. Thomas Aquinas won the most titles for any one school with five total. Wichita Heights and Bishop Carroll were just behind the Saints with four each. Blue Valley North, Shawnee Mission East, St. James, Olpe and Wichita Collegiate each took home three titles through the year.
Johnson County had the most titles as schools within its borders won 26 titles thanks in large part the Shawnee Mission and Blue Valley school districts. Sedgwick County was second with 18 titles as the Wichita schools buoyed the efforts. Shawnee County slid in at third with seven titles.
