The top spots saw som changes in the Kansas Coaches soccer rankings. Both Blue Valley North and St. James Academy were supplanted as the top teams in their respective classes by Blue Valley West and Kansas City Christian respectively.
Blue Valley North tumbled to fifth. Olathe East moves into the 6A rankings after not being ranked to start the year. Washburn Rural falls one spot to third, while Maize holds in at fourth.
In Class 5A, the top two spots remain the same with Aquinas and Liberal, but there are changes after that. Emporia, Newton and Salina Central all fell from the rankings, while Hutchinson, Bonner Springs and Lansing took the three through five spots respectively.
KC Christian holds the top spot and Wichita Trinity remains in second in the small class. Rose Hill moves into third in the rankings. St. James Academy and DeSoto both fell from the rankings and allowed Maize South and Louisburg to step in.
