January 10, 2017 – McDonald’s is pleased to announce the more than 720 high school seniors who have been nominated to play in the 2017 McDonald’s All American Games. This year’s list includes players from 45 states and the District of Columbia who have been selected by high school coaches, athletic directors, principals and members of the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee. Three players hail from Eisenhower High School in Goddard – one male and two female players. The local players nominated for the 2017 Games include:

· Mallory Miller
· Jaden Damon
“We are very pleased with the nomination of these three players for the 2017 McDonald's All American Games,” said Steve and Connie Brend, owners of the Goddard McDonald’s store, in a joint statement. “These student-athletes display remarkable dedication and commitment to the game and to their community. It’s an honor to have these players’ talents recognized at the national level.”
McDonald’s will recognize players during half time of the boys’ home game this Friday, which begins at 7:30 pm. Media is invited to attend.

McDonald’s will name the final roster of 24 boys and 24 girls who will be selected to play in the 2017 Games during the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Show on ESPNU, airing Sunday, January 15 at 9:30 pm.
The 40th Annual Boys Game will tip-off on Wednesday, March 29 from Chicago’s United Center and will be broadcast on ESPN. The 16th Annual Girls Game will precede the Boys Game and will broadcast live on ESPN2.
