Maize's Caleb Grill Commits to South Dakota State

Caleb Grill, one of the top basketball players in the state of Kansas, announced on Twitter Wednesday morning that he will attend South Dakota State beginning in the fall of 2019.

The Jackrabbits were the first Division One program to offer Grill before he began his junior year for the Eagles, with programs such as Washington State, Nebraska, Texas Tech and SMU following suit in recent months.

As a junior, the 6'3" Grill averaged 16.8 points per game along with 3.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists, leading Maize to a 17-6 record. He becomes the highest rated prospect to ever commit to the Jackrabbits.
