Front 9 Rankings: Trebilcock now at No. 2

WICHITA, Kan. Maize South’s Class 5A state runner-up Wells Padgett is the top-ranked golfer heading to May for the 2016 boys high school golf season. Padgett carded back-to-back 67s to place first at Hesston Golf Park and McPherson’s Turkey Creek Golf Course last week. Padgett, who is committed to play golf at Auburn University, captured the 47th Trusted Choice Big I 2015 National championship at Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson. Padgett placed fourth in the 2015 Kansas Junior Amateur Championship.
