Five Kansans land in the inaugural high school girls wrestling ranking

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) -- USA Wrestling, FloWrestling and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum have partnered to create regular national rankings for high school girls wrestlers, starting with its July 2017 ranking.

Five Kansans made the list, including two in the Catch It Kansas region.

Nickerson's Nicole Moore ranks 8th in the nation in the 100lb class.

McPherson junior Mya Kretzer ranks 5th in the nation in the 117lb class.

Paola junior Breanna Douglas ranks 6th in the 132lb class.

Junction City freshman Elisa Robinson ranks 6th in the 164lb class.

Shawnee Heights senior Marissa Patterson ranks 3rd in the nation in the 180lb class.
