Sokolosky runner-up at AJGA Kansas Junior

Andover High School senior Zach Sokolosky finished as the runner-up at the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Kansas Junior tournament at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City.

Sokolosky eagled the first hole of the third round on his way to shooting a score of 70 for the day (74-72-70--216). He lost by one stroke to Tyler Severin from Johnstown, Colorado (73-70-72--215).

Garden City's Sion Audrain , who was the 6A State Champion in the spring, shot 75 today (74-73-75--222)

Sacred Heart's Grant Herrenbruck, who was the 2A State Champion in the spring, shot 72 today (73-75-75--223)

Kapaun 2017 graduate, 5A girls state champion Emma Whitaker made the two-day cut and shot 83 today (80-77-83--240)
